Musical Notes & Mineral Frequencies

What if sound could become part of the way you nourish yourself?
I’m delighted to invite you to our new monthly sound journey ‘Nutri:Sounds’ in Totnes, created to explore the fascinating relationship between sound, frequency and nourishment.
For one deeply relaxing hour, you’ll lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls, musical notes and specific mineral frequencies to wash over you.
This unique journey explores frequencies associated with 11 essential minerals including Calcium, Chromium, Copper, Iodine, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Phosphorus, Zinc, Potassium, Selenium and Sodium.
There is nothing you need to do.
Simply listen, breathe and receive.
A beautiful opportunity to:
- Relax and quieten the mind
- Reconnect more deeply with your body
- Explore sound and frequency in a new way
- Support a greater sense of balance and wellbeing
- Experience our unique Nutri Frequency Journey
Come with an open mind and simply notice what you experience when music, frequency and nourishment meet.
